He wasn’t pushy at all, just genuinely helpful and thoughtful. What really stood out was how instructive he was. He explained the process clearly, gave practical advice, and even suggested creative ways to reuse the offcuts for other projects. It felt collaborative rather than transactional. He also went a bit above and beyond with small extras and insights that I wasn’t expecting, which I really appreciated. I had a fantastic experience working with Jeff. He is a patient, direct, and encouraging teacher. Jeff is clear in his guidance and generous with his knowledge. I brought him an entryway bench and wanted to replace the black metal legs with new ones. Together, we installed new brackets, stained the wood, and along the way I learned how to use the tools with confidence. Though the project was small, the impact on my entryway has been significant.
